Billy Goat Hill Community Garden and Magnificent Mushrooms Present:
The Benefits of Growing Mushrooms
April 12 and 26 and May 3 and 17, 2015
1:00 – 3:00 p.m. 2117 Payne Street, Louisville.
Each class will focus on a special aspect of growing your own mushrooms.
Most of us ignore or avoid MUSHROOMS never knowing their health benefits and value to the environment.
Eric Osborne, instructor and owner of Magnificent Mushrooms, has a Masters in Education and is Indiana’s first State recognized wild mushroom expert.  He will help us understand the benefits of growing and eating mushrooms and how to grow gourmet in our own backyards.  We will also visit and learn from the new Billy Goat Hill Garden mushroom project.
Sign up now for one or more class(es) at $10 each (pay in cash or check on day of).
Thanks to a Louisville Metro Healthy Hometown Grant, we are offering scholarships to the first 15 to sign up for each class.
